    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. The Service is established to ensure that the scenario contemplated under the clause does not arise. The Service has been established to ensure that there is provision of legal aid services throughout the country. So, there is really no need for this intermediary. We propose that the same be deleted. We have already allowed paralegals to also work. So, it is difficult to envisage any other intermediaries in a legal aid service or in justice matters."
