    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I do not oppose this particular amendment. It will add value because it is not proposing any deletion. Clause 71 remains as it is in the Bill. It says that the Service can recover the costs it has incurred. If a lawyer or an advocate accredited is refunded for the costs incurred then the aided person surrenders the money incurred in terms of costs to the Service because he or she benefited from legal aid anyway. This particular provision adds value."
