Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 76 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (2) by inserting the following paragraph immediately after paragraph (c)— “(d) extending the Service to as many beneficiaries as possible.” (b) by inserting the following sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (3)— “(4) the scale fees determined by the Service shall be less than the legal fee applicable to persons not aided by the Service.”"
