    "content": "The justification for this amendment is to ensure that the service is extended to as many beneficiaries as possible and also to ensure that the scale of fees applicable to legal aid service is less than that applicable in the ordinary legal cases. This amendment will ensure that the scheme is not in the normal remuneration order but rather that the fees charged are on a lower scale because this is a legal aid service. We urge the House to agree with the Committee on those amendments."
