Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 85 of the Bill be amended in the prefatory statement by deleting the word “two” appearing immediately after the words “in every” and substituting therefor the word “three”. The justification is to increase the period which the Service is to publish a legal aid guide from two to three years. They might need a little bit more time to publish the legal aid guide."
