    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I beg to second the Motion that the Bill be read the Third Time. The country is on its way towards getting a legal aid service scheme that will enable people who are indigent or poor to have legal aid services. This is a day that has been long in coming. I support this law and the legislative process. I also support the many amendments that have helped clarify and clean up the law and take it to the Executive as an implementation step thereafter."
