    "content": "In these days of investment in land, I will bring an amendment to the Land Registration Act so that any person seeking to register land in their name should disclose how they bought that land. Hon. Deputy Speaker, if you acquire land by buying it, it would be important to declare the sources of funding. There are many questions of land that are yet to be answered but today the country and House gets to answer the question on community land through the Bill that we are discussing."
