    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have also personally been trying to find out how much money has gone to my county for El Niño . Therefore, I have been tossed from one Ministry to another before this question came. It will take a bit of time for them to respond comprehensively. The Ministry that was disbursing and the ones which were implementing are different. If it is infrastructure that was damaged, they were sending money to the Ministry Roads and Infrastructure. They are compiling the figures. A week is not too much to ask for."
