    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I join you on behalf of my fellow Senators to welcome and thank the staff and students from Tangaza University college. As Sen. Orengo stated, we, as a country, need prayers. The strength of women in prayers is very strong and we can see from the sisters who have visited us. It is biblical that even when Jesus rose from the dead, women were there. This afternoon this House is blessed because we are being visited by nuns. Indeed, we need prayers.
