"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, when you add the words âwithout further appropriation than this Act and the budget of the Commission shall be a separate vote,â two things will happen. First, the Constitution says that it should be included in the appropriation. Secondly, Section 173 of the Constitution says that the Judiciary shall only be one fund. So, as it is, it is not in line with the Constitution, but by removing or deleting the words âwithout further appropriation than this Act and budget of the Commission shall be a separate vote,â it means that you comply with Sections 221(6) and 173 of the Constitution."
