    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I would like to support this Petition. When this soil is dumped, it blocks sewers which eventually burst. They end up in River Athi which passes through my constituency and poisons many people downstream. I urge the country to take the matter very seriously. This is not the first time we are having environmental health issues related to rivers in Nairobi. This has been raised before. We have to come up with a mechanism of enforcing whatever Parliament decides through these petitions so that this vice is not repeated. Thank you."
