    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this chance to contribute to this very important Bill. The Bill sets the legal framework for actualising Article 63 of our Constitution. In our Constitution, land has been divided into three namely, public land, private land and communal land. Land is the single most important asset this country has. Kenya has a landmass of 582,000 square kilometres. Similarly, within the 582,000 square kilometres is land which is inhibited by Kenyans of various backgrounds. Some are agricultural while others are pastoral. There are people who live in shrines and kayas.
