    "content": "Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to make a few contributions to this very important Bill. It is also good for me to mention that I am the Vice-Chair of the Departmental Committee on Lands and I am also a pastoralist. This is, therefore, a very important Bill not only to me, but to the community I represent here because we still have a number of community land parcels in Kajiado County. I would also like to thank the House Business Committee for bringing this Bill forward. In the last four months, it has been appearing as Item Number 16 or 18.
