    "content": "The other issue is the equal enjoyment of the right of use, access and prohibition of discrimination on any ground, be it race, colour, marital status or gender, even though most of us from pastoralist communities have an issue there. But I will bring an amendment. It is the issue of gender. Some of us feel that the issue of gender must be addressed in the pastoralist communities. We will deal with it when time comes."
