    "content": "Clause 8 deals with settlement of disputes. I agree that alternative dispute resolution mechanism should be applied. Traditional leadership systems should have structures just like we have council of elders. Prominent leaders in the society can do the mediation because when every case is taken to court, it takes a long time before it is determined. It is also expensive and encourages corruption. Alternative dispute resolution mechanism is really encouraging."
