With regard to the statement on fertilizer, it is rather broad and it requires a lot of information to be put in place. This is because he is requesting for information regarding all the depots in the country. I request for two weeks to enable the Ministry to prepare for us a comprehensive statement. Secondly, I request for two weeks also to respond to the statement regarding food security in West Pokot County."
