(3) Given the fact that Lewa-Kibirichia-Kurua Road in Buuri Constituency and Athiru-Gaiti Road in Igembe South Constituency had been advertised for construction by KERRA under the Low Volume Seal Roads Programme---. This has been stopped by the Council of Governors through a court order. Given the fact that these roads are in a deplorable state and impassable, especially during the rainy seasons, what urgent steps is the Government taking to resolve that court case so that construction of these roads can start?"
