    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we have a parliamentary democracy and we must respect it. If a Member in this House is a Member of the Opposition and he has not formerly crossed the Floor to the Government side, he remains a Member of the Opposition, as per the records of the House. In fact, if any Member of that group wishes to work for the Government, they are at liberty to cross the Floor. However, to the extent that someone is still in the Opposition and has not crossed the Floor, you cannot throw out your baby from your house simply because he is disabled or has got some small medical problem. That is your team; please, respect the law."
