    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this Motion in respect of adoption of the Committee’s Report. However, I support it with an amendment. I, therefore, wish to move the amendment which is:- I beg to move: THAT, the Motion be amended by deleting the full stop after the figure 2016 on the third line and inserting the following words: “, subject to amending the recommendation of the Committee on paragraph 109(f)(iii), page 49."
