    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I would like to guide the Chairman that the amendment is on page 49, paragraph 109(f)(iii) on Division of Revenue. The amendment I want to make is by deleting all the words after the word “recommence” on the fourth line and inserting the following words in place thereof:- “THAT, the official average rate of growth of revenue over the last four years of 13 per cent should be used at the minimum to compute the equitable share for the year 2016/2017.”"
