    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I rise to support the amendment. When there are figures which clearly stipulate the correct situation, it is not right to use an assumed figure. In this case, the average growth rate in revenue over three or even four years is 13 per cent and this is scientific. However, in this report, we are told that the Treasury is using a conservative figure of 7.9 per cent.
