I would like to clarify that in a document that was submitted to our Committee by CRA, they explained how the 7.9 per cent was arrived at. They took the average growth of revenue according to the Treasury plus the average growth in the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the country. So, it is not really arbitrary. They combined these figures. This is why we said that we wanted to look at it when we come to the Division of Revenue Bill."
