I found out that the myriad problems there are equal to the ones that I go through. I know we have problems with some of the “leaking” money that goes to the counties because of the way county governments are misusing the funds. That is not the case. I know the law will catch up with them one day. We are now arresting people who stole through the Goldenberg saga many years later whereas county governments have been in place for three years and those cases will just arrive in courts next year. So, we should not bother ourselves whether they get a lot of money or not. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, we should have figures that can be proved. I support this amendment so that at the stage of discussing the way the funds are shared, this should be reflected. I support."
