"content": "I think the Clerk’s office was trying to – because the House did not deal with the signatures – was to assist you to give the petition in an abridged form as required by Standing Order No.223, so that we could deal and discuss it for 30 minutes. The one that shall go before the Committee shall be the petition, as it is the norm, with the 10 pages and 12 signatures.
