Madam Temporary Speaker, I want to end by saying that a lot of disability in the world today is being created by bad governance. I have cited the case of hon. Matiba in Kenya and Dr. Besigye in Uganda, among others. Whereas we can live with disabilities which are natural or which are brought about by calamities or disease, we cannot live with disabilities which are caused by human beings, whatever their situation in life. I wish to finalize by thanking Sen. Omondi for this good work. Thank you."
