    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I am not aware of what the Petition is about. However, all the same, if it is about the workers in Saudi Arabia and other Arabian nations, it is a pity what we read in the newspapers. The suffering of our young girls who have gone to work or who have sought jobs in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi and so many other countries in the Middle East is unbearable. We continue to receive very disturbing reports about the deplorable working conditions our girls are subjected to. Some of them have ceased to be domestic workers and forced to become wives of their employers contrary to their contract agreements. It is also important for us to know how these girls are recruited. We would like to know who licenses the recruiting agents in this country. Some of these things are ambiguous."
