    "content": "Thank you Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. One of the gravest violations a constitutional office holder can do is to violate provisions of a country’s Constitution. The Constitution was effected in 2010 and there was the transition period of five years which has elapsed. What the honourable Chairman is telling us is just excuse. This Government is fond of violating the Constitution in very many occasions. We have all seen this. If it was not for the tyranny of numbers, I think this Government should be home for this particular offense of violating the Constitution. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, the provisions of Article 231 (4) of the Constitution is very clear. The Government is violating it.
