    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I think the answer given to me is not satisfactory. First, we are told that the design is so scientific and technical that it takes five years to arrive at. I think there is nothing so technical in designing a currency. Public participation is something we have always done and it can be done within a week. Instead of apologizing for the delay, matters are being made worse when it is said that it was because of technical reasons. I think we should be given enough reasons and not the reason they have given us."
