It is well known to those who have been in the Grand Coalition, because that is the time when there were a lot of intrigues regarding the whole idea of the De la Rue complex with regard to ownership and all that. I think no one knows better than the Senator who is seeking this answer. That is now water under the bridge. This Government has only raised two issues. One, there is no doubt that this is a very technical and complex matter because of the national security implications in trying to get all those kinds of things into place. I think Sen.
