"content": "THAT The County Industrial Development Bill (Senate Bill No. 7 of 2014) be now read a third time. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I will ask Sen. Karaba to second and before I do so, allow me to mention that when it comes to industrialization and export, tea as a product, Kenya as a country in terms of the amount of tea exported to the world and in quality. Countries in Europe including Britain do not feature because they do not have any tea. When you start statistics of who exports most, not so much in terms of quantity but the amount of money earned, then you find countries like Britain, in fact Britain is currently number two closely behind Kenya and the others because they add value to the tea we give them.
