"content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I also want to voice my concern about this Petition. I have a case concerning one of my constituents. Some hospitals ask patients’ relatives to go and donate blood. During blood transfusion, you will find that the patient is given two or three pints and yet five or six relatives donated blood. The hospital sells the remaining pints. I was to come up with such a Petition but now that it is related to that and the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Health is here, it is a very serious issue which we need to look at. I support the Petition."
