    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I would like to thank the Petitioner and say, as other Hon. Members have expressed, that for sure this is a matter of concern that has been raised severally within our Committee. It is good that a Kenyan has decided to raise this matter as a Petition. It is true that there are a lot of malpractices within the health sector in this country. There are also referrals that are meant to benefit each other and mushrooming of institutions that seem to be a network for making referrals. This is coming as a result of the fact that there is a problem within the health sector. So, I would like to assure the House that the Departmental Committee on Health is going to look at this matter, together with all the prayers that have been raised by the petitioners and any other matter that may be relevant.
