    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. My Petition is by concerned parents regarding the cancellation of the 2015 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) results. I, the undersigned, on behalf of concerned parents from Trans Nzoia County would like to draw the attention of the House to the following:- THAT, Article 35 of the Constitution provides that every citizen has the right to access to information being held by the State; The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
