    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 34 be amended by inserting a new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (4) â â(5) The persons nominated under sub-section 2(k) and (l) shall be appointed by the Minister from organizations with national coverage and known track record in their respective fields and shall serve for a term of three years which may be renewed for a final and further term of three yearsâ The purpose of this is quite clear. We want to be able to have nominations of persons with a wide spectrum of coverage throughout the country and a track record."
