    "content": "Hon. Members, before we move to the next Order, which is on the Committee of the whole House, I wish to make an announcement. At the request of the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Energy, Communication and Information, Hon. Jamleck Kamau, with regard to the Petroleum (Exploration, Development and Production) Bill and at the request of a very active Member, namely, Hon. Silverse Anami, with regard to the Protection of the Traditional Knowledge and Traditional Cultural Expressions Bill, the business shown as Order No.9 (ii) and (iii) will be removed from the Order Paper and will appear in the Order Paper on Tuesday, next week so that they are able to put in appropriate proposals for amendments. We will only deal with the Natural Resources (Classes of Transactions Subject to Ratification) Bill. Considering that the Bill is not very long, I appeal to Members to come back from the Committee of the whole House ready to transact the very long and interesting Bill shown under Order No.10, namely, the Energy Bill (National Assembly Bill No.50 of 2015), in which debate will commence this afternoon."
