Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 11 of the Bill be amended by deleting sub-clause (1) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause— “(1) The Cabinet Secretary shall establish and maintain a central register of agreements relating to natural resources and other transactions which have been ratified as provided under this Act.” The current Clause 11(1) asks for all ministries that have different transactions to have a depository of their own. Our amendment proposes that the Cabinet Secretary for Environment and Natural Resources be the central registry of all these transactions."
