You know in the presidential system, as far as I am aware, there is no Government or Opposition. I know all of us in the Chamber have the role of oversight over this Government. So, it is your role. I take the Committee of the whole House seriously because that is where we transact business. I repeat, therefore, that if there is a sentiment, that there is a legislation that will be unconstitutional, you need to know what to do according to the Standing Orders and recommit. You still have that option except that the HANSARD has taken the vote. I am unable to go back to it but you know what to do when it comes to that."
