"content": "Hon. Speaker, there was a discussion regarding an amendment that struck off crude oil and natural gas. I would like that to be re-committed so that Members can get a chance to discuss it properly. It was indicated that there is another Bill that is coming to take care of that. However, considering Article 71 of the Constitution, this is very important. This article provides the classes that need to be ratified by Parliament. Crude oil and natural gas are very important. I am asking for the re-committal of that."
