    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I am persuaded to change my earlier position. I agree with Hon. Amina Abdalla. When you are in Parliament having been nominated, you have a lot of time to read than those of us who run around. I am sure she is well read. What she has proposed does not in any way affect any other Bill that has been brought into this House. There is nothing wrong with over-legislating if it helps the situation. It may even capture something that may not be captured in the next Bill. Therefore, it is of no harm. If it was of any harm, then we would withdraw it. But for now, it would just be adding value to this Bill. I support."
