    "content": "is also important to note that should you want to do an energy project and you want to use infrastructure for development like land, you cannot do it without prior consent or permission of the owner of the land. Right now, we have many cases. The Standard Gauge Railway and the Kenya Electricity Transmission Company (KETRACO) have had many stop-overs and delays going through Kiambu, Kajiado and Makueni counties because of the conflict of going through private land. It is well explained in the Bill that you must get permission from the owner of the land prior to using the land. This calls for compensation if it should be found necessary for that project to go through there."
