    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 38 be amended – (a) in subclause (1) by deleting- (i) the words “Commission and the” appearing immediately before the word “Judiciary”; (ii) the word “each” appearing immediately before the word “cause”; (b) in subclause (2) by deleting the words “Commission and the” appearing immediately before the word “Judiciary” in paragraphs (a) and (b); (c) in subclause (3), by deleting the words “Commission and the” appearing immediately before the word “Judiciary” in paragraphs (f); (d) in subclause (4), by deleting the words “Commission and the” immediately before the word “Judiciary”, wherever they appear."
