    "content": "This Bill will encourage investors to come to this country to start industries. One of the things that develop a country is industrialization. Industries create job opportunities, make life easier and enhance the provision of goods to the locals. This improves the standard of living for the people. Like fellow Members have said, energy is what grows an economy. People in the rural areas want to invest, but because of lack of energy, many businesses are closed early in the day."
