Just to set the record straight; is it not my expectation that in the absence of all the people you have listed, then you would fall back to any Chairperson of a Committee, who would then pass that information to a fellow Chairperson, in the same manner as in old system where a Minister would then pass over the information to another Minister? The issue of bringing in a Member of the Rules and Business Committee (RBC) needs to be made clear."
