(Prof.) Lonyangapuo has already given an undertaking to bring the statement in two weeks. Therefore, the matter is spent and what Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale has suggested can only be in the future. Otherwise, it would be a waste of time to have asked Sen. (Prof.) Lonyangapuo to say what he said. The HANSARD shows that the statement will be given in two weeks’ time."
