    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I request for more time to find out how far the negotiations have reached and when the monies can be availed. In any event, we have issued summons against the Cabinet Secretary to appear before the Committee on 15th March, 2016. This is because he has occasionally failed to honour the invitations many times. If possible, with the indulgence of the Chair, we can have a House Committee so that he responds to all these questions. However, in a week’s time, I will answer Sen. Karaba on the exact time the funding will commence."
