    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I raised the issue of intervention quite some time back. If you allow me, I was shocked to hear of C71, C72 to be improved to dual carriageway when for the last 15 years that I have been with you in Parliament, I have been raising the issue of Road B7 – Kibwezi-Kitui. Today, that road remains undone. We even have a copy of a contract signed between the Government and a company to construct the road. A contractor was taken to the road and withdrawn. So, what are we talking about of dual carriageway of roads of category C, when category Bs and As have not been touched? It is a matter of priority. Could we ask that the Cabinet Secretary (CS) addresses the issue of prioritizing roads totally within the Republic? That way, we can see whether counties are receiving the due attention that they deserve."
