It has been stated that the Bill has gone through the First Reading but could you clarify if there is any connection between this Bill and a similar Bill which I moved in this House and which was debated, voted on and passed? It was taken to the National Assembly as a message and was never acted on. The National Assembly, on its part, plagiarized the same and came up with a similar Bill, brought here as a message and we have never acted on it. Is there any relationship?"
