(Dr.) Khalwale came after it has been read but I think he is making an extremely important point, which needs to be considered because it has not gone to Second Reading. Therefore, a determination can be made at this point in time. Contrary to what Sen. Kerrow is saying, the issue being raised by Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale--- I think he put it a negative way.
