Kivuti: Mr. Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 8 be amended in sub clause (3) by inserting the words “for domestic use” immediately after the words “water works”. This is because the “water works” that we are anticipating in this Bill are water works for domestic water usage."
