    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT,Clause 8B be amended in sub-clause (5) by deleting the word “three” appearing immediatelyafter the word “resource strategy” and substituting therefore with the word “five”. This means that strategic studies will be done every five years which coincides with the life of a Parliament."
